Housed within the Perfect Fit Frame system pleated fabrics are ideal where general shading is required and especially when aesthetics become a more important factor with so many fabrics exist in design and colour, you are sure to find the solution to any interior décor demand.
As part of the vast pleated catalogue that we supply many fabrics have certain added performance qualities in order to suit the individual job to hand. These features not only include differing density, colours and shading but also treatment processes such as solar coatings and flame retardancy.
As part of the Perfect Fit to window integration pleated blinds have a small footprint with a shallow collected depth, they have cord passing through drilled holes in the fabric but remain child friendly as the cording structure remains on the frame perimeter. You have two choices make when placing your order;
DRAW OPTION – Standard Up/Down, Bottom Up where the blind is fixed at one end with one moveable fabric rail. With this option it is possible to turn the whole frame upside down and have what is know as ‘bottom up’ blinds so that it draws from the bottom, it is not necessary to order it as a specific and can be changed to either/or within seconds making it a unique feature to Perfect Fit Pleated Blinds.
Multi-Zone incorporates 2 floating rails so that the fabric can be placed and opened anywhere along the drop of the pleated blind.
PLEAT FINISH – Natural Inherent Pleat literally the pleats are subject to a natural gathering depending on how tight the pleats are based on the fabric chosen, this is easily determined by ordering a sample. Of course gravity will create more of a fall towards the bottom when the blind is draw out. Some Customers prefer this others do not, it can add effect visually, dependant on personal choice.
Unipleat is a spacing braid that is presented down the corded fabric holes in order to maintain equal distance of pleats when the blind is drawn out. Again this is down to individual preference as the braid is visible and on show to the outside of the window
